Outreach - Pakikisama

Pakikisama is our parish Filipino-American group. Organized in January 1996, the group’s main purpose is to be of service to the parish. The group gladly welcomes parishioners who support its goals, participate in its activities, and aid in its fund-raising efforts.

The group meets every second Sunday of the month to discuss pertinent topics and plan activities that will benefit the parish. Yearly events that Pakikisama participates in or hosts include:

  • Simbang Gabi
  • Lenten Soup Supper
  • Coffee Hour
  • Parish Picnic
  • Fall Festival
  • Dinner Dance

Pakikisama also responds to the call to serve those in need, such as feeding the homeless and reaching out to those in need of physical and/or spiritual aid. In addition, the group supports Holy Family’s social, cultural and educational programs. For more information, contact Gon Diligencia, Jesse Casanova or the parish office.
